Yingyong Showcases Integrated Manufacturing Excellence at Mining World Russia 2026

Recently, Mining World Russia 2026 came to a successful conclusion in Moscow.
Marking its 30th-anniversary milestone, the exhibition stands as the premier B2B mining event in the CIS region, bringing together over 500 global exhibitors and more than 10,000 professional visitors across the entire value chain—from extraction and processing to transportation.

For our second appearance at Mining World 2026, Yingyong Machinery showcased the core product portfolio, including ball mills, crushers, rotary kilns, high-pressure grinding rolls (HPGR), tower mills, and critical spare parts. The exhibit demonstrated the company's in-house manufacturing capabilities, from raw casting fabrication to complete equipment assembly, further strengthening its brand presence in the Russian and CIS markets.

Technical Benchmarks: Meeting Large-Scale Demands

During the exhibition, Yingyong addressed the industry's shift toward large-scale equipment by presenting verified manufacturing data and real-time workshop progress:

• Grinding Solutions: Yingyong confirmed a manufacturing capacity for ball mills up to 7.2 meters in diameter. Currently, a 5.3m diameter unit is under production, proving Yingyong's readiness for ultra-large grinding projects.

• HPGR Technology: The high-pressure grinding roll (HPGR) lineup features models up to 2.7m x 1.7m, with units currently staged in-house for final inspection.

• Tower Mills: Yingyong highlighted its ultra-high power tower mills reaching 4,500kW. The first unit of this capacity is nearing completion and is scheduled for deployment in a domestic flaYingyonghip project.

Vertical Integration: The Core Competitive Moat

Unlike assembly-oriented traders, Yingyong emphasized its "Casting – Machining – Assembly" vertical integration. By operating dedicated casting, machining, and assembly workshops, Yingyong maintains absolute control over:

• Castings preparation and forging.
• Plate rolling and heat treatment.
• Riveting, welding, and precision assembly.

This internal control ensures equipment reliability under extreme mining conditions and offers a transparent quality-assurance trail for engineering firms and mining groups.

On the sidelines of the event, Yingyong team held strategic talks with Northern Mining, a leading regional engineering firm serving major groups such as Russian Copper Company (RCC), Highland Gold, Polymetal, and Rusolovo.

Building on existing collaborations across copper, tin, and iron ore projects in Russia and Kazakhstan, both parties reviewed current equipment performance and aligned on future requirements for larger-scale mineral processing operations.
